Once an order is placed, we begin processing it immediately to ensure fast delivery. Here’s what you can do:
Cancellation: If your order hasn’t shipped yet, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to cancel it before it leaves our warehouse.
Modification: Order modifications (size, color, quantity, shipping address) can only be made before the order ships. Reach out to us with your order number and the changes needed.
If your order has already shipped, you may need to initiate a return once you receive the items.
If you placed an order using Apple Pay on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac and can’t find it in your account, here’s why:
When you check out with Apple Pay, you may have checked out as a guest rather than signing into your account. Don’t worry — your order is still valid!
To find your order:
- Check your email for the order confirmation (search for your order number or our brand name).
- Use the “Track Order” feature on our website with your order number and email.
- Contact our support team with your name, email, and approximate order date.
You can also link your guest order to your account by signing in and entering the order details.
A temporary authorization charge (also called a “hold” or “pending charge”) is not an actual charge — it’s a verification from your bank or card issuer.
Why it happens: When you place an order, we request authorization from your bank to confirm the card is valid and has sufficient funds. This appears as a pending charge on your statement.
What happens next:
- If the order is successful: The authorization is converted to an actual charge when your order ships.
- If the order fails or is canceled: The hold will automatically drop off your account. The timing depends on your bank, typically 3-7 business days.
If you see multiple pending charges, it may be from multiple order attempts. Only successful orders are actually charged.
We offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery. Here’s how:
- Go to our Returns Portal and enter your order number and email.
- Select the items you wish to return and the reason for return.
- Print your prepaid return label (free for all returns).
- Package the items securely with the original packaging and affix the label.
- Drop off the package at the designated shipping carrier location.
Refund timeline: Once we receive and process your return (typically 5-7 business days after drop-off), your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
Proper cleaning helps extend the life of your shoes. Here are our recommendations by material:
Canvas/Knit:
- Remove laces and insoles first.
- Gently brush off loose dirt with a soft-bristle brush.
- Mix mild soap with warm water and use a cloth or soft brush to clean the surface.
- Wipe with a clean damp cloth and air dry at room temperature. Do NOT machine wash or dry.
Leather/Suede:
- Use a leather/suede-specific cleaner and follow the product instructions.
- Test any cleaner on a small, hidden area first.
- Stuff shoes with newspaper to maintain shape while drying.
General tips: Never put shoes in the washing machine or dryer. Always air dry away from direct heat or sunlight.
Great question! We clearly label products that are verified vegan friendly. If a product doesn’t have the “vegan friendly” designation, it may contain animal-based materials such as leather, suede, wool, or silk.
How to identify vegan products:
- Look for the “Vegan Friendly” badge on the product page.
- Check the “Materials” section in the product description for a full list of materials used.
- Use our “Vegan” filter on category pages to browse only vegan products.
We’re committed to expanding our vegan product range. Our sustainability team is constantly working with suppliers to develop innovative, animal-free materials without compromising on quality or performance.
If you have specific questions about a product’s materials, feel free to reach out to our customer service team.
RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) technology helps us with inventory management, product authentication, and supply chain transparency.
What is RFID? It’s a tiny, passive chip embedded in the product (usually in the tongue or heel of shoes) that stores a unique identification number. It does not contain any personal data and cannot be used to track you.
Benefits for you:
- Authenticity: Ensures you receive a genuine product, not a counterfeit.
- Efficiency: Helps us manage inventory more accurately, reducing out-of-stock situations.
- Sustainability: Enables better product lifecycle tracking and supports our circular economy initiatives.
The RFID chip is completely harmless and unnoticeable during normal wear. It does not affect the product’s comfort or performance in any way.
The “best” way to tie your laces depends on your foot shape and activity. Here are three popular methods:
1. Standard Criss-Cross (Most Common)
- Lace straight across the bottom eyelets, going in from the outside.
- Cross the laces and feed them through the next set of eyelets from underneath.
- Continue all the way up and tie a bow at the top.
- Best for: Everyday wear, most foot types.
2. Heel Lock / Runner’s Loop (Prevents Slipping)
- Lace normally up to the second-to-last eyelets.
- Instead of crossing, feed each lace straight up through the top eyelet on its own side, creating a loop.
- Cross each lace through the opposite loop, then pull tight and tie.
- Best for: Running, high-impact activities, narrow heels.
3. Wide Foot / Toe Box Relief
- Skip the bottom one or two sets of eyelets near the toes.
- Start lacing from the middle eyelets upward using the criss-cross method.
- This gives your toes more room to splay naturally.
- Best for: Wide feet, bunions, or anyone who prefers a roomier toe box.
